I am a AASFP certified personal trainer.I have about 5 years weight training experience and more than 2 years coaching experience.
I specialize in bodybuilding, not only focusing on muscle mass and it's to help building up client's endurance and strength. Also I have a certain level of understanding of functional training with kettlebell, medicine balls and etc.
I hope client can build up a foundation about being healthy and change their bad life style after my lesson. I willing to use my knowledge to benefit people achieve their goals.
