My name is Brar Sukhdeep Singh, a personal trainer of Lean Fitness who entered the gym journey for 5 years. Putting in effort and time have achieved multiple self records from a weak and skinny person til now. I am keen on helping people achieve their fitness goals by developing simple and effective training routine, I got the best lined up for busy individuals.
