Tim 一直活躍在戶外活動和鍛煉,尤其擅長籃球,2016年,就開始了籃球生涯,2021年就開始鍛煉肌肉,也熱衷於不斷學習,汲取新知識,現時喜歡幫助他人實現健身目標,並十分堅信運動可以讓一個人的生活變得更好,給他人帶來正能量。
我作爲教練最大的動機就是看到客戶上堂時的笑容,還有切實的進步,無論是增肌減脂,還是力量提升,運動表現等等。
我訓練理念是“在確保安全的前提下進步”

Tim has always been active in outdoor activities, especially basketball. He started his basketball career in 2016 and started exercising his muscles in 2021. He is also passionate about constantly learning and acquiring new knowledge. Currently, he enjoys helping others achieve fitness goals and firmly believes that sports can make a person's life better and bring positive energy to others.
His biggest motivation as a coach is to see the smiles of clients on the court and make continuous progress, whether it's muscle gain and fat loss, strength improvement, sports performance, and so on.
